He is survived by: his wife Terri; his children, Nicole Blaisdell and Kayden Blaisdell; his grandchildren, Jordyn and Koda Blaisdell; and his siblings, Jim Blaisdell (Linda), Mary Jo Laurent, Margie Wolf (Chuck), Barb "Babs" Funk and Birdie Kuschel (David).

In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the family.
