He is survived by: his children, Andrea "Tic" Fleischhacker (Allen), Dondi Schubert (Tom), Jenean Woitalla (Brian) and Gerald "Jerry" "Spud" Hayes II (Stacy); his grandchildren, Zaryn Schwab (Nick), Tori Wisneski (Eric), Codey Fleischhacker (Michelle), Chelsea Anderson (Derek), Jamie Schubert (Haley), Ty Schubert (Marcy), Lane Schubert (Kylee Howard), Tate Schubert, Matt Woitalla (Tracy), Miranda Cobenais (Danny), Marisa Hayes and Mariah Hayes; his great grandchildren, Cooper, Emory Fleischhacker, Sophie, Lucas Schwab, Hank, Josie, Blair, Stella Woitalla, Skylar Schubert, Lindy Schubert, Waylon Cobenais and Wisneski; his siblings, Marcel "Sonny" Hayes (Jean), Rhynardt "Butch" Hayes (Esther) and Karen Foss (Bobby); and his brothers-in-law, Larry Larson, Mark Larson (Nancy), David Larson (Candy), Tim Larson, Chris Larson (Jo) and Kyle Larson.
