He is survived by: his children, Alex Christen (Sheryl) of Clear Lake, Emily Melby (Travis) of Foreston and Molly Christen of Sartell; his siblings, Darla Hommerding (Bob) of Paynesville, Keith Christen (Melissa) of Albany and Bruce Christen (Joyce) of Albany; and his friends, Matt "Matty" "Woodtick" Smith (Katie) of Fort Ripley and Mike "Mikey" Hart (Judy) of Duluth. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
