He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Otte (Pederson) and Joseph Otte; and his son Robert. He is survived by: his children, JoAnn "JoJo" Shangrow (Dave), Rachel Tynio (Matthew) and David "Bud" Otte; and his siblings, Ruth Bromen, David Otte (Deb), Diane Ness, Robert Otte and Kathy Williams.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Emblom Brenny Funeral Service (900 1st St SE, Little Falls, MN 56345).
