He is survived by: his wife Barbara Cole of Little Falls; his children, Melynda Cluka (Donald) of Staples, Jamie Cole of Baxter and Benjamin Cole (Kristen) of Fort Ripley; his granddaughters, Emily Cole, Jessica Cole and Desiree Cole; his siblings, Jack Cole (Cora) of Fallon, NV, Marlene Kort of Pillager, Loretta Hendrickson of Wahpeton, ND and Janette Lerfald of Kenyon; and his close friend Gustov. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
