We announce the death of Joan R. Schmidtbauer of Little Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on June 30, 2026, at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her parents, Susan Eller and Lewis Eller; her husband Herb Schmidtbauer; her daughter Jean Schmidtbauer; and her granddaughter Joanie Vossen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mare Patrick, Amy Schmidtbauer and Anne Thielen (Doug); and her grandchildren, Trevor Tykwinski (Stacy), Oliver, Ayla and Isaac. She is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
