He was predeceased by: his parents, Merritt Lowe and Jeanette Lowe (Like); his brothers, Ronald and Keith; and his sister-in-law Doris Lowe.

He is survived by: his brother Donald; and his sister-in-law Edith Lowe. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews as well as many great-nieces and nephews.

At that time, he moved to Little Falls to be closer to family during covid.
