He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Jeffery; his children, Ann Thomasson of Enderlin, ND, Kristen Doerr (Larry) of Buffalo Lake, MN, Larus Mark and Joan Smithey (Paul); his grandchildren, Joe Thomasson, James Knutson (Holly), Karen Knutson, Ross Doerr (Karen), Laura Ketcher (Kevin), Heidi Ulrich (Andy), Heather Kelly (John), Larus Thomasson (Haylee), Leah Halaseh (Matthew), Valerie Smithey, Danielle Smithey and Thomas Smithey; his sisters, Lila Prigge (Glen) and Dianne Steiner of Fairfax, VA; and his brother-in-law David Jeffery (Linda). He is also survived by great grandchildren.
