He is survived by: his spouse Janean Taylor Kirgiss; his sisters, Marilyn Prescott and Miriam Nall (George); his children, Dorian Holt (John), Andrea Lark (Kitch) and Ross Kirgiss (Michelle); his grandchildren, Ryan Holt, Manasseh La Prairie, Sam (Kaylyn) and Keane Kirgiss; and his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Zephaniah LaPrairie and Graham Kirgiss. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, in-laws, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to Gideons International and Grace Covenant Church.
