He was predeceased by: his father Carl Knutson; his brother Paul Knutson (Alice); and his brother-in-law Dallas Hilgenkamp. He is survived by: his wife Karen Klug; his children, Sara Kinard (John) of Enderlin, ND and Erik Knutson (Kate); his grandson Elliot of Little Falls; his daughter Carrie Knutson of Little Falls; and his siblings, Carl Knutson (Janet) of Brainerd, MN, Pat Hilgenkamp of Uehling, NE, Kenneth Knutson (Gisela) of Little Falls and Linda Swanson (Gordon) of Uehling, NE. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
