She was predeceased by: her parents, Mathew Bienek and Mary Bienek (Blascziek); her husband John Anthony Capko; her grandson Jack Capko; and her siblings, Anna, Edmond, John, Vincent, Margaret and Maryann.
She is survived by: her sister Mary Ann; her sons, Jerry, Larry Capko and Maryrose Capko; her grandson Jared Capko (Renee); and her sister Veronica. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
