He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Mathilda Fletcher (Olson) and Robert Fletcher; his wife Ruth Fletcher; his sons, Jeffrey Thomas Fletcher and Daniel Howard Fletcher; and his siblings, James Fletcher, Thelma Cooper and Robert Fletcher, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Timothy James Fletcher (Margie) of Palm Harbor, FL and Ruth Mueller (Jeffery) of Swanville. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
