He is survived by: his wife Doris Welle; his children, Rick Heying (Julie), LaVonne Clark (Harley), Ed Heying (Peggy), Dr. Shirley Heying and Anita Wattier (Bryan); his grandchildren, Rachel, Emily Heying, Sam, Miles Wattier, Austin Clark (Jamie) and Alex Clark; his great grandchild Harleigh Clark; and his siblings, Robert Heying (Karen), Dennis Heying (Diane), David Heying (Jean), Carol Backes (Jim) and Mary Schmidt (Gary).
