He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Winnen and Lula Winnen (Welch); his wife Geraldine; and his siblings, Victor Winnen (Josephine), Harold Winnen (Bess) and Violet Garland (Ward).
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Winnen (Jeff Peasley) of Plymouth, MN, Mark Winnen (Sandi) of St. Michael, MN, Lorrie Evans (Chris) of New Hope, MN, Dawn Witcraft (Steve) of St. James, MN and Caryn Schmit (Joe) of Rogers, MN; his sisters-in-law, Shirley Hendricks, Pat Meredith (Marv) and Kitty Webber (Chan); his friends, Denny and Lola Johns; and his son-in-law Thomas Kickhafer. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 13 great- grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
