She is survived by: her son Gary Helgeson (Nancy Bologna); her grandchildren, Justin Helgeson of Sioux Falls, SD and Stephanie Helgeson of Park Rapids, MN; her great grandchildren, Ethan and Olivia; and her siblings, Lorna Nicholson and Gene Thompson.
