With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen Jo Middleton of Long Lake, Minnesota, born in Crosby, Minnesota, who passed away on April 24, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Perpich and Betty Perpich (Johnson). She is survived by : her husband Pat; her sons, Andrew Middleton (Abbey) of Baxter and Anthony Middleton (Amanda) of Minnetrista; and her siblings, Steven "Choik" Perpich (Connie) of Crosby, Thomas Perpich (Cindy) of Deerwood, Charles Perpich (Brenda) of Virginia, Julie Perpich of Little Falls and Sandra Davis (Dennis) of Crosby. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
