We are sad to announce that on January 26, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Joseph Raymond Claseman of Long Prairie, Minnesota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Anton and Elizabeth; his wife Lila M. Spieker; his sons, Charles and Raymond; and his siblings, Alvin, Francis, Alroy, Wilfred, Genevieve Schrenk and Evelyn Carstensen.

He is survived by : his children, Lee Claseman (Doreen), Mary Claseman (Tom Letsch), Gloria Miller (Gordon), Bryan Claseman (Barbara), Dorothy Briscoe (Robert), Deloris Peyton (Danny) and Rose Thunder (Kenneth); his daughter-in-law Donna Claseman; his siblings, Alois Clasemann and Elizabeth Tinker; and his sisters-in-law, Marie Weiland (William) and Roselyn Stadtherr (LaVerne). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Mary of Mount Carmel Catholic School.
