It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Peterson of Long Prairie, Minnesota, who passed away on August 1, 2025, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hoglund and Gladys Hoglund (Gustafson); her husband Richard; and her sons, Ronald Peterson and Lowell Peterson.
She is survived by: her children, Long Prairie, Sharon (Paul Eberhard), David Peterson and Judy Nelson (Mike); her daughters-in-law, Jerri Peterson and Carol Peterson; her brother Kenneth Hoglund; her siblings-in-law, Marion, Ardis and Lloyd Peterson; Erick and Gertrude Peterson. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
