She is survived by: her children, Laurie Chase (Dave), Larry Wade and Phillip Wade Sr.; and her siblings, Linda Morris, Peggy White, Jean Howard and Hartley White Jr.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
