He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Leverty and Betty Leverty. He is survived by: his wife Linda (Lipinski); his children, Kolby (Nikki) and Jamie (Marshall Stay); and his siblings, Patricia (Keith Hutchinson) and Michael (Anita). He is also survived by in-laws and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials would be preferred.
