Smisek of Lonsdale; his sons, Mark (Shelli) of Lonsdale, Timothy (Jeannie) of Lonsdale, David (Renae) of Des Moines, IA, Jeffrey (Kathy) of Lonsdale and Jonathan (Lisa) of Webster; his grandchildren, Nicole Adams (Vince), Brandon Salaba (Erin), Andrew Salaba (Amy Yang), Ben Salaba (Rachel), Jake Salaba (Ragen), Nick Salaba, Joseph Salaba (Sonya), Phillip Salaba (Megan Ross), Sarah Braith (Todd Honsey), Steve Salaba, Tori Salaba and Derek Salaba; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Thomas, Laurel, Mason, Layker, Trip, Quinn and Cliff; his sisters, Marion Skluzacek of New Prague, Virginia Malecha of Northfield, Rosemary Sharkey (Jerry Kipp) of Northfield and Geraldine Stanton of Brentwood, CA; and his sister-in-law Darlene Kubes of Lonsdale.
