She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Blaha and Albina Blaha; her husband James E. Douda; and her sister Helen Cervenka (Myles). She is survived by : her brother Chuck Blaha (Alice) of New Prague; her children, James F. (Candy) of Dundas and Gladys Perry (Cisco) of Faribault; and her grandchildren, Scott Douda (Andrea), Heather Lique (Shannon), Robin Douda and James Perry (Jessica). She is also survived by seven great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren; nephews and nieces.
