He is survived by: his wife Shirley Bloomquist; his children, Julie Skogquist (Jake) and Jeff Kalina (Heather Ruplinger); his grandchildren, Alex, Owen Skogquist, Morgan and Kolby Kalina; his siblings, Jim Kalina (Mary), Rosie Tuma, Jerry Kalina, Ray Kalina (Sheila) and Carol Sticha (Joe); and his sister-in-law Sandra Karels (Jim Mack). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
