He was predeceased by: his parents, Myles L. Adamek and Lorraine Adamek (Flicek). He is survived by: his sons, Scott Adamek (Autumn) of New Prague, Todd Adamek (Katie) of Waseca and Jeff Adamek (Danielle) of Minneapolis; his brother Larry Adamek (Joyce) of Webster; and his grandchildren, Emilie, Joseph, Isabelle, Gabby, Roman and Desmond.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Lonsdale American Legion and the Lonsdale Fire Department.
