He was predeceased by: his former wife Yvonne; his parents, Tot Marth and Walter Marth; his in-laws, Reba and Lee Radtke; and his grandchildren, Rachael Vosejpka, Catlan and Abigail James.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Radtke; his children, Kristi Eldredge (Steve) of Bokeelia, FL, Matthew Marth (Katie) of Chaska, Julie Moreau (Joe) of Plymouth, Darin Marth of Minneapolis and Jodell Geronsin of Avondale, AZ; his grandchildren, Yvonne Lemieux Burke (Dustin), Alec Lemieux (Andrea), Brian Marth (Sariah), Brandon Marth (Sen), Juliette Gardner (Mitch), Jordan Marth (Ryan), Lauren Marth, Blake Geronsin, Sara Moreau and Nicholas Geronsin; and his great grandchildren, Zoe, Gwenevere Marth, Lucina Marth, Viola Gardner and Vanya Richard-Lacombe.
