He is survived by: his wife Sue Tvrdik; his children, Ashley Maus (Tim Maus) and Jerry Tvrdik (Ashley Tvrdik); his granddaughter Hayley Maus; and his siblings, Sharie Kalina and Todd Tvrdik. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
