David Shauer of Lowry, Minnesota passed away on September 15, 2026. David, born on September 19, 1966, shared life alongside family, friends, and others. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
David will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew David will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. David’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Shauer and Jean Shauer (Olson); his brother Michael "Whitey" Shauer; and his brother-in-law Steve Pederson. He is survived by: his brothers, William and Alan; his wife Michelle Pederson; his children, Melissa Duhn (Jesse) of St. Paul, MN and Matthew Shauer of Lowry, MN; and his granddaughter Sylvia.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Open House.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Special Olympics of Alexandria, or the Forest Riders ATV Club.
