She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Rost and Clara Rost (Herrmann); her husband Maurice Boyenga; her stepfather Maurice Yotter; her sister Margaret; and her brother-in-law Gerhardt Luehmann.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Boyenga (Lesley) of Ottertail and Colleen Boyenga of Minnetonka, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Nathan Boyenga (Erin) and Rachel Schmidt (Matthew) of Duluth, Minnesota; and her great grandchild Henry Schmidt.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Luverne Hospice or Union Gospel Mission in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
