She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Bruhn and Bouwiena Bruhn (DeBoer); her daughter Julie; her brother Harm Bruhn; her in-laws, Ruth Ann Kuhlman, Elmer Bartels, Lois and LeRoy Lorenzen; and her great grandchild Kimber Siebenahler.
She is survived by : her children, David (Judy) of Brookings, Donna Johansen (Kent) of New London, Jerry (Pam) of Spicer, Minnesota, German and Kirsten Schultheis (Andreas) of Iowa City, Iowa; her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Bruhn of Luverne and Eunice Bartels of Luverne; and her husband Donald Kuhlman. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, their spouses, and 21 great-grandchildren.
