It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Reuter (Luverne, Minnesota), who passed away on December 10, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Probst and Francis Probst; her husband Lawrence Reuter; her daughter Sandra Reuter; her grandson Nicholas Burkard; her son-in-law Dennis Loonan; and her siblings, Marcella Reuter (Pete), Leona Fuerstenberg (Ralph), Eddie Probst (Marge), Chuck Probst (Pat) and Tom Probst (Elaine).
She is survived by: her children, Barb Loonan, Connie Burkard (Mike), Jim Reuter (Denise) and Carolyn Kollmann (Joe); her grandchildren, Eric Loonan, Erin Jesionek (Ryan), Kristi Laber (Gabe), Kerri DeGraff (Ryan), Matt Burkard, Emma Strykowski (Dirks), Rhea Edwards (Brent), Mark Reuter (Nina), Sami Pang (Terrence) and Heather Slama (Derek); her great grandchildren, Catherine, Lauren, Ashlyn, Meghan, Devyn Jesionek, Brayden, Briley Laber, Adelyn, Juliet, Lillian DeGraff, Amelia, Madeline Edwards, Easton and Kyler Slama; and her friend Tillie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to a charity of your choosing.
