She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bert" Cragoe and Grace Erickson; her husband Vernon Buus; her siblings, Donald, Kenneth Cragoe and Judy (Arvid Ebeling); her parents-in-law, Louis and Grace Buus; her brothers-in-law, Raymond and Richard Buus; and her close friend Glenn Homandberg.
She is survived by: her children, Rob, Bill, Joe, Lynn, Rhonda and Vern; her great great grandchildren, Robert Buus of Luverne, MN, Crystal Brady, Mackenzie, Brock Voss (Great-Great) and Megan Brady; her great grandchildren, Joshua, Amy Buus, Zachary, Lindsey Davie (Jared Narum), Olivia and Cady; and her close friend Charlie Berzins. She is also survived by her 6 children, 19 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hartquist Funeral Home - Luverne Chapel (207 Elm St, Luverne, MN 56156). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the United Methodist Church of Luverne (109 N Freeman Ave, Luverne, MN 56156). A burial was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at the Maplewood Cemetery - Luverne (1242 W Warren St, Luverne, MN 56156).
