He is survived by: his wife Diane Van Hoof of Pipestone; his children, Robyn Vos and Ryan Julius (Kim); his stepdaughter Terry Spencer (Tom); his grandchildren, Brian Lopau (Amanda), Bobbie Lensing (Brian) and Charlie Vos (Jason); his stepgrandchildren, Katie Spencer, Molly Montgomery, Sarah Clark and Andrew Van Hoof; and his siblings, Marilyn Brands (Harry), Dort Atkins (Doug) and Don Julius. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
