She was predeceased by: her parents, David Thomas and Gertrude Thomas (Frinkman); her sisters, Lois Hansen and Esther Lounsbery; and her brother-in-law Dewayne Petersen.
She is survived by: her sister Carol Aisenbrey (Donely) of Menno, SD; her sons, Kenneth Petersen (Mary) of Superior, WI and Keith Petersen (Melanie) of Luverne, MN; her grandchildren, Nicholas Petersen (Kori), Kathleen Lyndgaard (Conor Haggerty) and Ashley Hunt (Patrick); and her great grandchildren, Leah, Zurie, Kingston, Lucy, Sydney, Miles, Elsa, Beckett and Emerson.
