He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Forrest and Helen Forrest (Thompson); and his sister Audrey Piepgras. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Forrest; his son Russell Forrest (Katie); his grandchild Fox; and his sisters, Darlene Forrest and Lorna Hansen (Dale).
