He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Behr and Golda Behr (Erwin); and his siblings, Everette Behr (Donna), Lavern Behr, Barb Bryant and Clifford Behr.
He is survived by: his wife Sonna of Luverne; his children, Jeff Behr (Beverly) of Lehr, Jill Ykema (Darrel) of Luverne and Joel Behr of Luverne; his siblings, Marrian Sudenga of Sioux Falls, Frances Johnson (Don) of Sioux Falls, Phyllis Danielson (Charles) of Sioux Falls and Ronald Behr (Nelva) of Hills, Minnesota; and his siblings-in-law, Helen Behr of Brainerd, Minnesota and Don Bryant of Pierre. He is also survived by four grandchildren; six great-grandsons.
