We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2024, at the age of 49, Michael Aning of Luverne, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his parents, Jake Aning and Marilyn Aning (Hamann); his significant other Aimee Schmidt of Sioux Falls, SD; his sons, Christopher Aning and Jesse Aning; his sister Melissa Rutten (Cory) of Lincoln, NE; and his niece Lilyann Rutten of Lincoln, NE. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (302 Central Ln, Luverne, MN 56156). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
