She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Henry Schliinz and Leola Schliinz (Duncan); her parents-in-law, Etna (Julson) and William Dockstader; her stepfather Harry Bessler; her husband Dean Dockstader; her brother Donald Schliinz; her in-laws, Hank Jensen, Fred McKellips (Dockstader), Ruby Schliinz (Holland), Elmer Prinsen (Carstensen), Bill Carstensen (Sandra) and Chuck Oberle; her husband George Carstensen; her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Dockstader (Bisson); and her sister Verone "Boots" Merrill (Schliinz).

She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Dockstader, William Dockstader (Debra) of Sioux Falls, SD and Rock Dockstader of Pipestone, MN; her grandson Joshua Dockstader (Stephanie Borah) of Tea, SD; her great grandchild Dean Thomas Dockstader; her sister-in-law Marlys Schliinz (Erickson) of Flandreau, SD; her siblings, Janet Jensen (Schliinz) of Omaha, NE, Conway Schliinz of Baltic, SD and Karen; her stepchildren, Gloria Beckner (Craig) of Banner, WY, Gayle Robinson (Mike) of Maple Grove, MN, Tom Carstensen (Kim) of Buffalo, MN and Doug Carstensen of Tabor, SD; her brother-in-law Charles Carstensen (Janet) of Rochester, MN; and her stepgrandchildren, Bonnie (Sheldon), Angie (Jason), Bob (Lauren), Joe (Aimee), Emily (Brian), Shelly, Levi and Lexi. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, step-great-grandchildren, and friends.

Memorials are preferred and may be directed to the Pipestone County Hospice House.
