He is survived by: his significant other Deb DeYoung; his son Joseph Dean Wenzel (Randi); his grandchildren, Riley Wenzel and Kyia Mithun (Nathan); his great grandchild Ethan; and his siblings, Dean Wenzel (Linda), David Swenson and Paulette Richters (Randy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
