She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Hagen and Julia Hagen; her husband Mel Hoffman; her sons, Daniel and Timothy; her grandson Daniel; and her siblings, Robert, Del and Addie.
She is survived by: her sister Carolyn Wilson of Fort Myers, FL; and her children, Steve Hoffman (Terri) of Sioux Falls, SD, Randy Hoffman (Joni) of Brandon, SD, David Hoffman (Sherri) of Sioux Falls, SD and Terry Hoffman of Luverne, MN. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; and twenty-three great-grandchildren.
