He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Simpson and Evelyn Simpson (Schwingler); his sisters, Lois Beving (Ray), Maxine Bettondorf (Donald) and Patricia Schmidtke; and his son Ronald Clark Simpson.
He is survived by: his wife Nylene Simpson; his son Todd Simpson (Debrah); his granddaughters, Heather Nase (Jeremy) and Haley Simpson; and his great grandchildren, Dakota and Kinsley Nase.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 325 Sherman St, North Mankato, MN 56003. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Calendar Riverside Cemetery - Madelia Madelia.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to donor's choice.
