He is survived by: his children, Cindy Breitbarth of Madelia, Rick Elkins (Lisa) of Madelia, Joanne Evjen (Paul) of Madelia and Doug Elkins (Sandy) of Mankato; his sister Jean Cole of Wisconsin Dells, WI; and his sister-in-law Kathy Elkins. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren.
