She is survived by: her former husband Emmanuel Karels; her children, Darnell Hanson (Roger) of Monticello, Dene Ohm (Patricia) of Bellingham, Sherry Mork (Glenn) of Buffalo and Jim Ohm (Dee) of Bloomington; her daughter-in-law Susan Ohm (Leland Baldwin) of Bellingham; her stepchildren, Colleen Barber (Mike), Cheryl Plathe (Jeff), Frank Karels (LouAnn), Marian Bloom (Jeff), Neal Karels (Cindy), Lauralie Karels, Brian Karels (Juni), Bradley Karels (Sandy) and Geraldine Kupres (Carl); her grandchildren, Quentin Ohm, Marcelle Rudnick (Kevin), Steven Larson (Michelle), Ryan Larson, Dawn Violette (Bradley), Angela Batchelder (John), Dana Minder (Ken), Jeremy Ohm (Kristin), Bridget Conrady (Ryan) and Jessica Rasmussen (Brent); her sister Ethel Klepel; Sandy Marie Karels. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
