She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Pillatzki and Mary Pillatzki (Mongold). She is survived by: her husband Cletus Karels; her children, MaryAnn Evenson, Roger Karels (Mary) of Bellingham, MN, Rose Johnson (Larry), Judy Werner (Arnie) of Willmar, MN, Karen Skauge (Scott) of Waubun, MN and Sharon Dimberg (Alan) of Woodbury, MN; her daughter-in-law Wendy Jergenson (Duane) of Glenwood, MN; her sister-in-law Doreen Karels; her children, Geraldine and Donald; and her siblings, Martin, Donald and Katherine. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren.
