He is survived by: his sister Deana Prochnaik (Nelson) of Bird Island, MN; his children, Jamie Nelson (Theresa) of Brooklyn Park, MN, Chis Nelson (Julie) of Brandon, SD and Tracy Walker (Nelson) of Winterville, NC; and his grandchildren, Sam Lipke (Kennedi), Paige Nelson, Sierra Walker (Ryan), Grant Nelson, Charles "Tre" Walker III and Luke Nelson.
