He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Deutsch and Josephine Deutsch (Gerardy); his brothers, Lawrence, Eddie and Walter Deutsch; and his siblings-in-law, Frank Henning, Jean and Virginia Deutsch.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Deutsch; his children, Randy Deutsch (Carla), Cathy Deutsch, Jeffrey Deutsch (Laurie), Danny Deutsch, Gary Deutsch (Brenda), Mary Kramer (Daryl) and Sally Lloyd; his siblings, William "Bill" Deutsch, John Deutsch (Trudy) and Loretta Henning; his sisters-in-law, Donna and Betty Deutsch; and his stepchildren, Richard Berghorst (Robyn), Larry Berghorst, Julie Rickenbaugh (Rob) and Teresa Berghorst. He is also survived by many step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
