He was predeceased by: his former wife Annette; his son William; and his brothers, John and Dan. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his sons, Michael (Kasey), Ronald and Jon; and his stepson Jeff Erickson (Vicki). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
