He was predeceased by: his parents, Leora Hall (Saunders) and Elton Hall; and his siblings, Donald, James (Ethel), Patricia (Marvin) and Judith (Dwayne).
He is survived by: his wife Carole (Kohout); his children, Anna (Ed Rejda) and Erich (Sara Murphy); and his grandchildren, Ian, Elise Rejda, Graham, Adele and Barry Murphy-Hall. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
