She was predeceased by: her husband Joe; and her brother Frank Buckway (Elaine). She is survived by: her children, Pat (Cindy), Diane Otsuka (Seichi), Dan (Kay), Mary McCarthy-Mann, John (Kelly), Theresa McCarthy-Pohl (Dan) and Tim (Tracy); and her grandchildren, Allison, Nathan, Maiya, Adrianne, Meghan, Aubrey, Andrea, Shaun, Danika, Brandon, Ben, Bailey, Erica, Riley and Zoe. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and many other relatives & friends.
