Bruce Goodrich Obituary
We announce the death of Bruce Goodrich of Mankato, Minnesota, who passed away on September 28, 2026, at the age of 77. Bruce will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Goodrich and Beulah Goodrich (Hill); his stepmother Marian Hruby Goodrich; his brother Donald Goodrich; and his siblings-in-law, Sunnie Goodrich and Rick Britton.
He is survived by: his wife Renita Goodrich; his children, Rita Hamsmith (Perry Wendt) and Evan Goodrich (Denise) of Mankato; his grandsons, Jake Hamsmith and Briggs Goodrich; his stepgrandsons, Sam O'Neil and Ben O'Neil; his grandsons, Johnny Diaz and Zach Dick (Sereen); his brothers, Richard Goodrich (Corinne), Roger Goodrich (Peggy) and Lowell Goodrich; and his sister-in-law VonDa Britton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The military honors will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Medo Central Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Pemberton Community Center (141 4th St, Pemberton, MN 56078).
Memorials can be given to Hosanna Lutheran Church, Medo Central Cemetery, Blue Earth County Historical Society or donor's choice in lieu of flowers.
