She was predeceased by: her parents, Johannes Meeg-Andersen and Lela Meeg-Andersen; and her husband Thomas. She is survived by: her sister Iris Briesacher; her nieces, Debra Briesacher (Randy Carlson), Brenda Kurtz (Dean), Jill Ronning (Dale) and Amy Ulbricht (Mark); and her brother-in-law Rodney Ackerson (Elena).
